Taking inspiration from the wild local landscape, our kitchen team craft plates that showcase the best of local, seasonal ingredients for an unforgettable meal in the Lakes. Meat is sourced from Lake District Farmers, seasonal fruit from the Lyth Valley and seafood & lobster from Ulverston.
